I’m a Dutch guy, 33 years old. I’ve been looking for a place to share and discuss my budding practice and meet like-minded people. Overall, I tend to be a bit of a loner and the immediacy of Satipattana meditation suits my desire to be close to myself. I’ve tried to make a habit of sitting every day; some weeks are tougher than others.
