In addition to the above, I'd add http://blog.tsemtulku.com and http://theworsthorse.com/ because both are a little tongue-in-cheek at times. I think it's the kitsch factor - it's nice to see some humour on Buddhist blogs, I think it dispels the notion that we take ourselves seriously, or we're all veg-munching / om-chanting / koan-quoting / hippies :)

http://www.buddhistgeeks.com/ a podcast/blog frequently updated with interviews with teachers from many different traditions.

http://blazing-splendor.blogspot.com/ Dzogchen related stuff. Doesn't post very frequently, but great when they do.

http://zennist.typepad.com/ I pretty often disagree with him, but he always has an interesting point that stimulates reflection.

http://thebuddhistblog.blogspot.com/ just what its name says, a general buddhist blog.

http://www.lotusinthemud.typepad.com/ Pureland acharya also posts quotes from Pema Chodron etc.

http://www.tricycle.com/blog/ from the editors of the magazine.

http://luminousemptiness.blogspot.com/ lots of great Mahamudra quotes.

http://integral-options.blogspot.com/ posts frequently, not all directly related to Buddhism, but always interesting.
